Guarantee claims for Mokee items purchased from My First Nursery are dealt with by Mokee direct.
Mokee will immediately, or within a reasonable time, give you the benefit of the free guarantee given by the manufacturer of the Goods. Details of the guarantee, including the name and address of the manufacturer, the duration and territorial scope of the guarantee, are set out all our products get a 12 months manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase of the item. in case of any defect appearing within the warranty period please contact Mokee customer support team at tlc@mokee.eu to find a solution. please note that the warranty is only valid for purchases made by the original customer on our website. This guarantee will take effect at the time the Goods are delivered, and will not reduce your legal rights.
One year warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials, or manufacturing, During this time the seller will replace the product or parts if such a defect presents. If the exchange or repair is impossible, the buyer can return the good and be reimbursed in full or keep the good and be partially reimbursed. The warranty does not include defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, improper storage by the customer, using unauthorized spare parts, incorrect use, incorrect assembly, or incorrect adjustment.
Order confirmation
When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. Great quality and service
Really great products at exceptional prices. Delivery was delayed slightly due to the manufacturer but I was kept up to date by My First Nursery at all stages and the customer service was second to none.
After an initial delay in delivery of this item the product arrived. It was easy to assemble and looks good. My wife is very happy with the chair, as it was a present for her birthday coinciding with the arrival of our first grandchild. Thank you My First Nursery.

I bought a cot bed which arrived to Northern Ireland within 2 working days! Free delivery too might I add!
