Mokee will immediately, or within a reasonable time, give you the benefit of the free guarantee given by the manufacturer of the Goods. Details of the guarantee, including the name and address of the manufacturer, the duration and territorial scope of the guarantee, are set out all our products get a 12 months manufacturers warranty from the date of purchase of the item. in case of any defect appearing within the warranty period please contact Mokee customer support team at tlc@mokee.eu to find a solution. please note that the warranty is only valid for purchases made by the original customer on our website. This guarantee will take effect at the time the Goods are delivered, and will not reduce your legal rights.

One year warranty covers the defects resulting from defective parts, materials, or manufacturing, During this time the seller will replace the product or parts if such a defect presents. If the exchange or repair is impossible, the buyer can return the good and be reimbursed in full or keep the good and be partially reimbursed. The warranty does not include defects resulting from normal wear and tear of the product, improper storage by the customer, using unauthorized spare parts, incorrect use, incorrect assembly, or incorrect adjustment.
