Bambizi Warranty

The warranty for Bambizi furniture purchased via My First Nursery is dealt with by Bambizi Furniture Ltd direct.

Bambizi furniture Ltd offers a five year guarantee on it's nursery products, limited to domestic users only. This guarantee covers the material element of all cabinets, doors and facias from material or manufacturing defect. In the unlikely event of a product defect or failure, subject to the terms of the guarantee the company will provide, free of charge replacement product(s) or part(s) within the guarantee. The terms of this guarantee are detailed below; * In the event that a product is discontinued the Bambizi reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative product(s) or part(s) * The guarantee is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. * Purchaser must provide original bill of sale. * All products supplied by Bambizi Ltd that has not been assembled by ourselves must be fixed in accordance with the assembly instructions provided. * The furniture should be subject to normal domestic use only. Items should not be exposed to extremes of heat, moisture or located in poorly ventilated areas (mechanical extraction should be fixed) * Adequate care and maintenance should be carried out in accordance with the company instructions. * Any claim relating to this guarantee should be submitted here, clearly stating details of the product(s) and the defect. * The provisions of this guarantee do not affect the customers rights.

Exclusions

*All products not manufactured by the company or not part of the material element of the furniture i.e drop gate mechanism, door locks etc these items only carry a 12 month guarantee from date of purchase. * Where components are rendered defective as a result of improper or negligent use. * Any deterioration as a result of what would be deemed to be normal wear and tear. * Product colour variation. * If the company is not given a reasonable opportunity to examine the defective item.

Bambizi Returns

All Bambizi products are made to order and as such are considered bespoke.

Cancellations and returns for custom-made items such as Bambizi Furniture are subject to a 30% restocking fee, plus any applicable delivery charges, return shipping costs, and additional fees incurred by My First Nursery.

Bespoke pieces are not eligible for refunds after 14 days of placing the order.

Once an order is placed, any changes, administrative fees, and additional design drawings will be charged to the customer. My First Nursery is not liable for any delays caused by these changes.

Please carefully review your order before placing it, as all alterations and additional charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Order confirmation

When we receive your order, we provide you with a confirmation to your email. In addition, when you receive your order confirmation we have pre-authorised your payment method. We check with our warehouse or suppliers to make sure that your desired item is available and can be despatched. In the event that your items are unavailable for immediate despatch, we remove the pre-authorisation from your credit card and send you an email informing you of our actions. When items are available to be dispatched, we process the charges and prepare to despatch your order.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders will be delivered using the fastest, safest, and most reliable methods. Once we process your payment, we dispatch your items within the delivery time frame stated on the product page. Then, we send you a despatch notification after your item/s have left the warehouse. We will choose the most suitable delivery method and courier after you order. It's not possible to choose a courier or delivery method yourself.

Where does My First Nursery deliver?

We deliver anywhere in the UK (United Kingdom)

There may be additional charges for the 'offshore domestic regions' and ‘Scottish Highlands’: the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland.

Cancelled Orders After Delivery

Orders for in stock items can be cancelled, partially refunded and returned after 14 days at the discretion of My First Nursery. Requests to do so must be made in writing via our support page. All cancelations or returns due to change of mind after delivery is taken will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of delivery (if already booked and/or delivered), plus the cost of the return delivery by My First Nursery (where applicable), plus any other reasonable costs accrued by My First Nursery.
